The Texas Open is Now Part of the PPA Tour

We have a Texas-sized announcement: The PPA is proud to announce that The Texas Open Pickleball Championships is now part of the PPA Tour. This major tournament is one of the largest in pickleball and a bonafide addition to the PPA Tour.
The Texas Open will take the place September 30th through October 5th, with preregistration beginning July 10th and regular registration starting on July 15th.
You can now earn PPA Points at The Texas Open. PPA Points help determine seeding and ranking for the current pickleball tournament year.
The PPA is thrilled to support the Texas Open Pickleball Championships in promoting a community where all are welcome. Our general focus is to improve public health, quality of life, access to quality pickleball competition at all levels of skill, and enabling fans to view top-quality international pickleball.
In light of adding The Texas Open, the PPA will be dissolving The Dallas Grand Slam. All players will be fully refunded for The Dallas Grand Slam and encouraged to register for The Texas Open.
