How to Register

Amateur players are rated on a scale of 1.0-5.0; professionals are rated 5.5+ (What’s my skill level?).

Ticket Types
Ground Pass
A Grounds Pass gives you access to every amateur and professional match that is NOT played on Championship Court. Matches are assigned to courts in real-time during the tournament based on court availability. You can find each court assignment by following the bracket on our website each day of the tournament.

COURTSIDE PASS
Courtside Passes give you access to all amateur and professional matches, including matches played on Championship Court. Courtside seating on Championship Court is bleacher seating and is organized on a first-come, first-serve basis.

VIP PASS
Like a Courtside Pass, VIP Passes give you access to all amateur and professional matches, including matches played on Championship Court. However, a VIP Pass also comes with catered lunch, snacks, stocked coolers with cold drinks (including alcohol), and exclusive access to the VIP lounge. VIP seating on Championship Court is on chairs and is organized on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We use SignUpGenius to organize volunteers for each tournament. In order to find the volunteer link for a specific tournament and sign up for volunteer opportunities, search the tournament on pickleballbrackets.com and scroll down on the “Description” section of the tournament until you find the section for “Volunteers.”
Bags, water, and snacks are allowed, but meals and beverages (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) are not allowed since they will be sold on-site during the tournament.

If you are playing in the tournament, you get a free Grounds Pass included with your registration fee. A Grounds Pass gives you access to amateur and professional matches that are not played on Championship Court. If you want access to matches on Championship Court, you can upgrade your Grounds Pass to a Courtside or VIP Pass at our ticketing booth on-site.
You can upgrade your ticket at the ticketing booth on-site at the event each day that you attend the tournament.
Admission to the event is free for kids 8 and under.
Yes, you can leave and re-enter the event grounds as long as you are still wearing the colored wristband that you were issued when you checked in at the gate.
We have ticketing staff on-site at the event as early as 8:00am local time to check you into the event.

I attended last year’s Hertz Gold Cup in Orlando. Does this Holly Hill location replace that tournament?
Hi, Cathy! Yes, this year’s Hertz Gold Cup will no longer be at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL and will instead be held at Pictona at Holly Hill in Holly Hill, FL. 😁
What is the daily schedule from 11/16-11/19?
Hi, Harry! Are you wanting to know the daily schedule for amateurs or pros? We won’t know the amateur schedule until registration opens this Friday, August 18th. As for the pros, men’s and women’s singles will be played on 11/16, mixed doubles will be played on 11/17, men’s and women’s doubles will be played on 11/18, and all championship matches will be played on 11/19. 😁
Maxwell How late in the day will the pro matches play on Friday & Sat? I am playing in the armature on Saturday but thinking of coming in earlier on Friday to watch some matches.
