Meet Gabriel Tardio

When Gabriel Tardio was just 14 years old, his grandfather built a pickleball court in Bolivia, and this is where it all started. Fast forward some time later and Gabriel moved to the USA where he lived in a neighborhood that had pickleball courts not far from him. Everyday after school he visited the courts and played for a couple hours a day. Now Tardio is one of the PPA Gold Card Touring Pros, this sport he played for fun is now a career which allowed him to be sponsored by Paddletek and Day one.

It was the sport of tennis where it all started for Tardio, and he believes tennis helped for a smooth transition into pickleball. Tardio says that playing and training everyday has made his game improve a ton, and he will only get better over time.
