Karolina Owczarek

Karolina Owczarek is a Polish professional pickleball player based in Chemnitz, Germany, and one of the top-ranked women in Europe. She played tennis for over 20 years before switching to pickleball, and could not afford her first international tournament — so she ran a fundraiser to get there, and won it. In 2025 she took 17 gold medals on the European circuit along with medals at WPC in China, finished as the overall leader and most-decorated player on the RTA across both the men's and women's fields, and played the inaugural World Pickleball League season for the Hyderabad Superstars. In 2026 she has medaled on the RTA, the Pickle Pro Tour and at WPC, represented Team Europe at the MLP midseason event, and won two bronze medals at the first PPA Tour event held in Europe.
