I live in St George and would love to volunteer! Who do I need to talk to?

  • Carlos Rivera says:

My wife and I are playing in the Red Rock Open and received “Ground Passes” as part of our registration. In order to “Upgrade” to “Courtside Passes”, do we pay the full price of $130 a piece or is there a way to upgrade by paying the difference between the ground pass and the courtside pass?

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, Carlos! We’re excited to have you and your wife playing at the Red Rock Open. 🙌🏼 I just spoke with our ticketing team and it sounds like you will need to pay full price for courtside tickets.

  • John says:

My partner and I want to compete in men’s doubles and we’re in our early 50’s. Due to scheduling conflicts, we would like to sign up for the 8-49 group on 4/7 instead of the 50+ group on 4/4. Are we allowed to sign up for the younger age group?

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, John! I reached out to our Tournament Operations team and they said you can sign up for the 8-49 group on April 7th as long as the event isn’t already full. 😁

      • Jim & Cindy Taylor says:

        HI Maxwell,

Our friends, my wife and I attended the Red Rock Tournament last week and had expensive passes to sit in the grandstand to watch Tyson McGuffin ply in the mens doubles final. There was no seating available inside to sit in the grandstand. When we expressed our concern about purchasing tickets to set inside. The security guy said that just the way it works as its a gamble. So tickets keep selling pass the capacity of the seating and people who paid are just out of luck? Is this how it’s works?

        Thanks you

        • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, Jim and Cindy! Thank you so much for coming out to support the Carvana PPA Tour in St. George. I’m so sorry that you were unable to find a seat on Championship Court due to our team selling passed capacity. 😥 Can you e-mail Tanner Thygerson on our Ticketing Team at [email protected] and explain your situation? I think it is important for him to hear your feedback and he can work with you to figure out how to handle your specific situation. 😁

  • Nancy D says:

I am planning on purchasing a grounds pass for the week, but I would like to upgrade one day (Thursday) to courtside. Is it possible to upgrade one day to courtside (not Championship Sunday) and/or does courtside not fill up on Thursday?

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, Nancy! I just spoke with our ticketing team and they recommend that you purchase a weeklong Grounds Pass (unless you are playing in the tournament because a Grounds Pass is included as part of your registration fees) and then upgrade your ticket at the door the day that you want to sit on Championship Court. 😁 We hope you enjoy the event! 🙌🏼

  • Vard Bischoff says:

If we want to display and sell products at the event is there a contact person.

  • Carson Spencer says:

I purchased a General Admission ticket for April 8th. Can I change it for the same GA for April 9th?

  • Carson Spencer says:

It appears that you are calling Sat. April 8th Championship Sunday. Is that right?

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, Carson! Yes, Saturday is when championship matches will be played for all pro events: Men’s and Women’s Singles, Men’s and Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. 🙌🏼

      • Blake Hadley says:

It doesn’t appear to read that way online when looking at the daily schedule.
Has Saturday been switched or am I reading that wrong?

  • Tate Pack says:

When you can sign up on tournaments.com there is jr doubles when is that played?

  • Dallin Taggart says:

Hi are dogs allowed in the event if they are professionally trained and on leash

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Hi, Dallin! I spoke with our Tournament Operations Team and they said that dogs are not allowed at the event unless they are certified service dogs. 🐕‍🦺

  • Blake Hadley says:

I don’t see Ben John’s being registered. Is he going to be present?

  • Suni Weiherer says:

Just want to say Maxwell Hill, you’re awesome for being so responsive to the questions!

    • Maxwell Hill says:

Thank you, Suni! 😁 You just made my day. Thank you for the support and we hope you enjoy the event this week. 🙌🏼

  • matt karst says:
