Is there a way to see the brackets live during the tournament? When viewing at home or in person it would be so nice! Maybe I’m just missing where it is. Thanks!
Hi, Garrison! We have started putting the brackets on the home page of our website the week of the tournament, but brackets for each event can also be found at http://www.pickleballtournaments.com (an account is required).
I bought 2 tickets that were to have a guaranteed seat. These were not available. Dozens were standing court side not able to sit. We had to leave as we could not sit.
I expect a full refund due to your error.

Hi, James! I’m so sorry that your experience wasn’t as good as you were hoping. The crowd at this tournament was the biggest turnout we’ve ever had at one of our events. Will you reach out to Tanner Thygerson for a refund?: [email protected]
Hello in January I purchased a $40 Courtside ticket for Sunday February 5th, which advertised a guaranteed seat. Unfortunately there weren’t any seats available and it was clear there were too many tickets sold for the amount of grandstand seats available. I stood on a chair behind the grandstands trying to get a glimpse of the tournament. I am requesting a refund. Sincerely Gina Coburn (619) 993-4073.

I purchased a $40 ticket on January 1st to see the matches on February 5th at the desert ridge Marriott…
The ticket purchase clearly states a guaranteed seat..
I had to stand the whole time and couldn’t see a thing…there was no available seats & barely any standing room…where you could stand there was no view of the court…
this event was clearly oversold & I am very disappointed I didn’t get to see the pros play..
I feel a refund is in order for my ticket costs…I would appreciate a reply

I purchased the $40 courtside ticket, which states “guaranteed seat on Championship Court” for Sunday. When I arrived, all seats were filled and we were forced to stand in an area that was at least 5 people deep. I am only 5’4″, which made is nearly impossible to see. We inched our way around behind the bleachers to find a better viewing but never found a place to sit in the many hours we were there. It seems clear that the event was oversold and more tickets were sold than seats available. If viewers were coming and going, that would have worked out. But, everyone that was seated for the event, stayed for the entire day. It was disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. One person in our group had recently had surgery and was less mobile than the rest of us. Had we known we would be standing for many hours, I think I would have advised her to not attend. Is there any opportunity for a refund given the circumstances? Other than the seating situation, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the athletes. What amazing talent! Thank you! [email protected]
